"Join the Team" trophy glitch

The trophy that requires you to have an under -200s time differential on the career laps is glitched for me. I already completed all 5 tours + bonus tour - all 1st place races with all challenges completed and career stat requirements by far completed - with a -233s time differential yet the trophy hasn't unlocked for me.

 

I must also note that the trophy for completing Tour 4 and Tour 5 glitched on me as well and as soon as I finished some Bonus Tour tracks, they unexpectedly unlocked for me for no reason that I can think of. So I was thinking that there must be a way to get the career time differential trophy to pop up in a certain manner. Anyone have any ideas?
