Oxodation Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 The mission should appear by the dam, but there is a bug where it doesn't appear for some. Hopefully you have more than one save file. I don't want to say your screwed but you might be. Just continue with the story or strangers and freaks missions. I had a similar issue with Barry with the final " Smoke In " mission.
