Mucking About? How long?

Alright, this is driving me just a little nuts. How long do you need to spend in warm up to get the Mucking About trophy? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere. At this point, I've both played games with friends in that space for quite a while (maybe an hour), as well as leaving it on overnight more than once.

Overnight might not work if the game requires movement? No idea though, I was about to leave it on overnight myself but if you say that won't work I'll just wait until someone tells us what to do. (chances of getting it naturally are low at the moment, all of my couch-gaming friends have weekend jobs all of a sudden)
