1- reduce the tv latency to 0

2- choose pop muzik by M (after purchasing it).

3- before playing it, go to your laptop and open audiosauna (http://www.audiosauna.com/studio/).

4- choose lead - oriental.

5- click on one of the keys, then hold the K button in your keyboard.

6- before doing so, have your mic go close to one of the speaker of your laptop and play pop muzik by M in singstar.

7- now do the 4th step.

8- enjoy the 3 trophies in question.

NOTE: it took me a few attempts to do it under the method in question, and managed to earn the trophy when succeed after those attempts, maybe it's because i muted the mic volume, skip to 8:39 for the successful attempt.
