I'm trying to lure out Almonzo, but I can't find a single Luchadore to attack to make him appear. If it matters, it's night time right now (no idea if you can fast forward time in this game). I suggest starting a new save file to do the assassinations. Thanks. I actually did a work around on it. Did a different hot that was a Luchadore guy but in Decker territory. When the Luchadores showed up, I just quickly crossed a bridge while they were following me and switched back to the other hit. He showed up, I killed him.
