I've been wanting to start a Trophy Checklist for a while, even started typing one up before I accidentally erased it all...seems to be a recurring problem for me. Feel free to chime in, make recommendations, leave feedback, etc. But primarily I'm posting this for my own personally use, as a way to keep track of my goals and progression.

 

My immediate goal is to wrap up the remaining PlayStation 3 platinum trophies in my game collection, before I move on to obtaining any platinum trophies for my PlayStation 4 games.

I have an approximate road map of what I'm going to be playing to get to that point.

First Post:

My most recent platinum is ICO. I am replaying Shadow of the Colossus now to tackle the rest of that games trophies.

Also chipping away at Ratchet and Clank HD.

 

I'm turning 30 this year, very shortly, and so is one of my favorite gaming franchises, Metal Gear. I plan on getting the platinum trophies for Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, 4 and Peace Walker, which will be my final PS3 plats, before I move on to make The Phantom Pain my first platinum on PS4.

 

I am also planning on revisiting a few other franchises that are celebrating anniversaries this year, such as Assassin's Creed and Kingdom Hearts. Not to mention bringing up my average completion percentage and rank. I'd like to eliminate the D's, E's and F's on my list and possibly bring my average rank to an S.

Update 4:

 

Still trucking along here, though progress may be slow. I have beaten Ratchet and Clank again, now running through Challenge Mode working towards the Million Bolts and 10 Gold Weapons trophies. Since I had to revert to an old cloud save this platinum has taken way longer than it should have. At this point I am debating against my better judgement whether or not I should use the bolt glitch to make up for my delay, or power through the game more.

 

I've made a lot of headway in Shadow of the Colossus though, finished all the normal time attacks, beat the game on hard, and started the hard time attacks only to hit a wall at Colossus 3. It took about a month of trying off and on but I finally bested him, and the next 9 after him with ease. Four to go, I can see the platinum light at the end of the tunnel.

 

Also, I've finished Ape Escape 2 on PS4, no platinum of course but 100% completion feels damn good. Still waiting on Ape Escape 3 to get a release date.

 

I'm going to start Uncharted 4 here very soon, and have been replaying the God of War series as we wait for April 20th. Already have the platinum in the first three games, but I will be playing God of War III Remastered on PS4 for the first time so there will be new trophies to get there.
