iPhone 6 not receiving android group messages??? HELP ME PLEASE :))

My iPhone 6 won't receive android group messages. I can receive messages from individual androids, but in a group chat where the messages are green (indicating it's an android group chat) I don't get squat. I get to send messages in it, but no receiving. I receive messages from purely iPhone group chats (blue messages), though. My phone is updated to the most recent iOS, still nothing. Without the messages, I'm not getting any important messages (like from my coach), so I've finally been forced to fix it. Any thoughts as to the problem and what I should do to solve it? I'd love to avoid customer service if possible, that's going to be my last resort.
