Dead rising 4 Journalism glitch

So apparently this glitch happened and it prevented me from earning the "Journalism" trophy. As you can see the red highlight even though it indicates that I collected the item, it still doesn't register. I don't even know what I'm supposed to do rather than starting everything from scratch :/. And as for everyone else, this is a warning. Don't go anywhere else after obtaining this collectible as this game only has auto save and if it glitches, then load that last save and retrieve that collectible again and see if it doesn't glitch. That would be my only suggestion.
