Kris_Carr_ Posted December 9, 2018 Share Posted December 9, 2018 Hi, I finally got my platinum for https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/7238-とある魔術の電脳戦機/Kris_Carr However the last few trophies I got at once seem to not be recognised and do not appear in my trophy log, yet at the top it correctly says 39/39. On the right I notice it says Platinum: Missing Timestamp. However when checking my trophies on my PS4 I can see the timestamp alongside the screenshot. I am positive I was online as the previous trophy was registered correctly not too long before the final set. I have logged in on my ps vita to check and that also correctly shows the same timestamp (See images below). Re-updating my profile does not seem to do anything, is there a way to "Fully re-update" a profile? Thanks, Kris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kris_Carr_ Posted December 9, 2018 Author Share Posted December 9, 2018 UPDATE: Sorted it What I needed to do in this case was to: make all my trophies private on my PSN account settings, re-update on this site to clear my trophy list, make them public again re-update on this site to pull the full list through again The sticky thread about missing trophies got me trying things in the right place but did not seem to cover this circumstance. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
