Trophies not popping

Did any of you encounter the same issue as me?

I played the game until level 7 and then started investigating the trophy list

because the guide said 20 minutes to plat and I already spend 2 hours on the game

Now it seems I have al the trophies except for beating Levels 1-3 and picking up a power up item

I did play the game with 2 players, but still, this shouldn't make a difference

I will delete and reinstall the game and then hope the trophies pop

To answer my own question, the trophies for clearing levels 1-3 only pop in single player
