dharmaoutlaw Posted March 17, 2020 Share Posted March 17, 2020 Game seems to have a glitch where the camera stays in one position but can still interact with the environment, even after restarting the chapter does the glitch stay. Happened to me on "Killers Place" and does also glitch some other chapters. From what I've gathered it only happens when quitting to main menu while in a cutscene(?) so be aware and wait until after the scene to quit out.
