MGS PW OO49 POW Extraction Problem

Hey y'all, 

 

If you don't already know to get the best R&D soldier you need to unlock Outer Ops 49 and rescue the 3 POWS. Food, Med & Intel can be found on Outer Ops 46. I believe these may require other quite strenuous outer ops missions to be completed first, as well as completing Main Ops First.

 

What I didn't realise and had troubles with finding information about online was OO49's injured POWS. Basically when I completed OO49 with all three POWS extracted I found when checking staff I had received no A Ranks for anything. What actually happens is the POWS are injured and go to Sickbay, but because they're also injured they show up as D or even E ranks until they're fixed up. So make sure to have a good Medical team if you're trying to get your stats up.
