Alex Kidd's missing Console Mod

Hi, I need your help about the mods for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for PSVITA. When I check my licence, I noticed that I'm down to two more mods which was 143/144 in order to get the Bonanza Bros! sticker. Which it turns out Alex Kidd is missing a console mod which Genesis/Mega Drive. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Eggman, Metal Sonic and Alex Kidd uses this Console Mod. But unfortunly Alex Kidd is missing his Console Mod and Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Eggman and Metal Sonic still has the Console Mod except for Alex Kidd. Also the Console Mod was already unlocked from World Tour as well. Can someone help me out with Alex Kidd's Missing Console Mod? It's the last mod that I need for Bonanza Bros! Sticker which is for Earn every Mod for every character. PS: I have installed the Metal Sonic/Outrun Bay DLC few months ago before starting the game.
