I platinumed this game twice, and he seems to have done it legit. The way he did it (If he did it legit, of course) is he finished all songs on normal except the last song, finished all songs on hard except the last song, bought all but one of each item category/costumes, all but one art work, got all characters to near max friend ship, and got all but one events. believe it or not, Sly, but this can be done legit.
