Once you deduce what it is, if it can be easily pluralized, try to get tiny words next to it (burn a couple hearts if necessary) and hope that an 'S' tile falls into the right place to make it a 15-letter word. She may suggest 15-letter words later on, but I couldn't make it past level 55 in Obtuse mode (the dictionary in this game is way too restrictive! ?).
