Well equipped trophy - possible bug / glitch

Hello everyone,

 

I recently started playing, mechanics were quite new to me. I progressed crew happines up to level 9, and just recently I have noticed that I still have 'worn Axe', so it seems I missed reward from lev3 (Logan's Axe). I vaguely remember that I had lev2 crew happiness and then suddenly (after 'all best' ingredients were used for stew, that it progressed directly to lev4).

 

Speaking with Logan does nothing at this moment.

 

Well Equipped trophy requires all upgrades, so it is possibly glitched for me (I will not waste any more time to continue this playthorugh to see if it is, will start a new game immediately). Just a warning - check your progress with a wiki while playing.

 

Maybe some more experienced players can confirm that this kind of problem will also void Collector trophy? As far as I understand the description, I won't see/get Logan's Axe so it will not record for the trophy.
