Why does this game have such a horrible name?

I think the answer was really in the 2nd post. The name was given to attract attention and probably generate some sales from a target demographic.

 

I mean, walk into a grade school class and say fart and half the class will laugh.

 

I'm sure this game was given it's name for similar reasons

As a serious question though, it you find the name uncouth, and that's certainly understandable, why did you start playing it? Why not take the high road, if you feel it is offensive, and just skip it?
