Popular Post TheToasterWaffle
Just platinumed this game the other day and while I was doing so I found a really easy way to grind just about any item that a monster can drop, including but not limited to ingredients, quest items, spellstones, and room decorations. First you'll need to find one of each equippable accessory with 2 enchantment slots each on all of them. If you can't find any in a reasonable amount of time, you can try grinding in the Underground Labyrinth underneath Luna Nova Tower. If you can find an accessory with 2 enchantment slots with Item Drop Quantity, Item Drop Luck, or most importantly MP on hit, it will be PERFECT for your entire playthrough of the game. Once you have each accessory, you'll want to put Item Drop Quantity on every enchantment slot aside from 1 if you want to put MP on hit which I would recommend, but its not required for this to work. You can enchant in (I believe) Laboratory A on the cauldron. Item Drop Quantity can be gotten at max level by using Minotaur Horn and Pollux Coin Pollux Coin and Pollux Twinfish Pollux Coin and Hydra Steak Pollux Coin and Snowbird Milk Pollux Coin and Dragon-bone Consommé Save after each enchant and reload if its not level 4 so you can have Item Drop Quantity 4 on every slot. (I believe up to Item Drop Quantity 7 can drop naturally, but its rare and impossible to enchant higher than 4.) Now that you have all the accessories enchanted and equipped, monsters killed by you (not your teammates unless you enchant their armor too) will drop a LOT of items. Some things to note are that This increases the item drop chance, not the item drop luck. The only thing that changes is how many items drop, not what they may be or how often they drop. You will still get items of all rarities because after testing I found that the enchantment Item Drop Luck was outweighed by the sheer amount of drops you'll get. It will not always trigger on an enemy kill but when it does it will be a lot, sometimes even enough to lag the game. Be careful about using this method for 10 consecutive levels in the Underground Labyrinth as the game may screech to a halt on the results screen. This happened to me a few times, but unfroze about 25 seconds later so it may not have crashed for me, but I can't guarantee it won't for you. If you have any questions I'll try to answer them. Thank you.
