Gig: Shark in the Water Bug

I just ran into this bug so wanted to give people a head's up.

 

Gig: Shark in the Water is a short sidequest in Watson (the first area of the game you have access to) where you have to deal with a loan shark. If you kill the loan shark, the quest is completed when you leave the area. But if you knock out the loan shark, you need to put him in the trunk of a car your fixer sends. The problem I ran into is that after I put him in the trunk of the car, I got a notification that I had completed the quest and received my reward, but the quest was not actually marked as complete in my journal.

 

I was only able to find one other mention of this bug (from a Xbox player) and was unable to replicate it. So it doesn't seem to be common. But still, I recommend saving your game before doing this quest just in case.
