How to unlock character lady death

Lady death is a character that you unlock after you have collected 666 souls from a chest called the pandora's box its usually laying on the ground on the first level to the right after you pick up the box don't use hammer spin to any other chest or you will lose the pandora's box and you will have to start all over again the easiest way to get 666 kills is to wait until you get to the first boss don't kill it yet Dodge all of his attacks wait until he goes underground small spiders will appear get the kills from the spiders until you get enough to fill the chest all the way up to 666 souls after that press L2 to commit suicide and the character lady death will unlock.
