For the Pitch Perfect Trophy. The one from Harmony, do i have to use my ability with or without R3? Cause i do literally no damage to enemies with only pressing L1? And i have to wreck 3 cars in a whole round with multiple uses okay that's good to know.

I don't think the R3 is necessary, it's just that her ability is not that strong, so the best strategy is look for cars with low hp
