story mission trophies bugged?

So I completed the story missions for mile high club and hack the world but neither trophy popped. I know they are done because the in game menu says they are and I have the videos of me finishing them on my YT. I haven't had time to look for a way to fix them yet like trying to replay but was wondering if this was common at all.

 

EDIT: So I've done every trophy now and 6 of them refuse to unlock, still can't find a fix. Restarting and waiting doesn't seem to work.

 

EDIT.DOS: So after MUCH trial and error I found that turning off the internet connection to the entire system would open up ALL trophies again, so shit I already unlocked. When I turned the connection back on though they all disappeared BUT I was able to unlock the ones that were broken before again so I fixed it, for a time then they bugged out again and I had to go through the process all over again for the last couple. Point being I can't even begin to comprehend how fucked these trophies are but there's a fix.
