Spuddylicious Posted May 3, 2021 Share Posted May 3, 2021 Hey all, I'm really struggling to get the "Canteen" snapshot, and I feel like I'm missing something. All of the guides online say "Just wait for your prisoners to eat" but I've started at least 10 new prisons and turned up nothing. Anyone got any tips for this one? IroN-AllActioN Posted May 3, 2021 Share Posted May 3, 2021 (edited) I had issues with some of these, restarting prisons and not getting any snapshots even though meeting the criteria. I found somewhere that actually switching off your console between creating new prisons fixed it. That worked for me. Apparently just exiting to the menu and creating a new prison doesn't register with the game for some reason. So maybe try switching the console off and then on, and trying to get the snapshot again if you haven't tried that? Canteen requirement itself is easy. Also if you search user made prisons, there are some decent ones made already that make getting the snapshots easy (I used these for the expansion).
