Is it possible to get goat wards after an area is finished ?

So I missed a goat ward in Vineyard and the boat area after Lady D and Moreau .... is it possible to go back to them? I thought it'd be possible because there's a treasure icon that popped up after finishing the first boss fight with Lady D. I was thinking you could get there with the boat you use after using the crank to draw the bridge.... or is the treasure from Lady D castle the one where it gave you the location on the piece of paper you pick up labeled "Treasure Map"

I believe they're both inaccessible at that point. You'll have to get them in New Game+.

You can get any collectible on a new game+ They all get carried over. i missed one goat and it was the one at the boat where you have to get the key for it. You have to get this one after the bossfight (big green dude, dont remeber the name) you can back track to it but NEVER EVER go back up the elevator after that, the area will be locked forever.
