Mission 10 - bugged

So for some reason it's bugging me and can't finish the mission without killing anyone. Don't know why but there are no prompts neither when finding first set of clothes, neither when trying to silent takedown the detective, pretty much locking me from advancing. 

Any tip or help would be appreciated, really need to finish this broken game so I can delete it for ever..

 

Ok so I think that was the reason I couldn't get it when I was playing last year as well, seems it is bugged when playing on Easy. Played on Normal and managed to silently takedown the detective (the clothes remain bugged though).

 

Finally got the platinum, it can bug all it wants now ?

I'm currently playing this game on mission 10 whilst also using the video guide on playstation trophies .org (Hard Difficulty) With regards to this being bugged on easy, from what I can tell the detective only appeared for me once the officer (patrolling the stairs) makes 1 more route but only after opening the door up stairs to activate the speech saying something about the evidence box, as soon as this speech starts, run back down to the room under the stairs, follow the patrolling officer back up the stairs & open the door, the detective should make his way through the door at the far end of that floor.

 

This atleast worked for me, I thought it was bugged too but I went into the room where the detective is ment to go, where the evidence box is & waited to see when he would open the far end door, this was after the patrolling officer made 1 more route so reloaded my save at the top of the stairs, opened the door to activate the speech & ran downstairs & did exactly what I said
