You almost don't need to boost anything, only one trophy (swaying), all others will almost certainly come naturally, however the boostable trophies are not very time consuming. The longest part is to get to level 150. If you know how to exploit the AI, you can do one match in around a minute. I set the time to 100 hours, assuming people would play online and struggle to learn the game mechanics.
