Inquiry : I purchased Final Fantasy VII Remake JP from PS store. I have obtained a platinum trophy with 100% completion of the game. Would you be able to extend the FF7 remake avatar pack to my account please? Players from all other regions have received it and please do not shortchange players from Asia. We are also paying full price and have achieved the same standard of gameplay results. Thank you. Their reply: Dear PlayStation customer, Thank you for reaching PlayStation support team. Regarding your enquiry, we regret to tell you there is no platinum trophy prize for this game in Region 3. Thank you for your cooperation! Conclusion: Sucks to be in Region 3.
