Treasure Hunter not unlocking

I’m wondering if anyone can help me with this issue because I’ve been Googling it for about an hour and can’t find anything useful.

my map states I have opened 100% of the chests in the game as well as 100% exploration and 100% harvest points, However my journal lists treasures found at 99.6% (270/ 271). I have no idea where this last chest could be not for lack of looking because there is no record of a missing chest anywhere on my completed map. 
All the other exploration stats are at 100% and I have unlocked the item collector trophy and perfect map trophy for finding all the items and filling in the map already.

any help would be very much appreciated 

 

*edit* I was in the process of running through every single area on the off chance that I had missed something that wasn’t showing up on the map and found an un-opened chest in eroded valley even though the map and my journal both stated I had opened 17/17 chests in the area when I checked.
