PlatinumLeznis Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 (edited) Hi, I've got a problem with the site, my profile does not update my progress, doesn't register which game I have been playing lately. It's like it can't locate my PSN profile and does nothing with it during "updating". I'm sure I synchronise my progress on PS5, I am logged in on the site, and I click "Update profile" at least once a day. For a week it didn't update anything. Maybe it's worth mentioning that I've encountered PS5 system error a while ago, and when I was trying to synch my trophies (from PS5 service) it wouldn't let me. Ofc fast database rebuild did it's job, and now it doesn't show me the error, but still my trophies won't update. If there's a way to contact with support, or someone have encountered something like this before, please tell me EDIT: PSN Network registers them properly. They show up on PS4 as well.
