Cross save issues

I started playing Unepic on my Vita, around, when I was around 11h and 57% completiom game I activated cross save, but I still keep playing on Vita.

 

Now I'm at 16h and 76%, and I want to save my savegame on PS4 before the A LONG WAY TO MINERARY challenge, but on PS4 when I started the game the cross save loads but its the 11h save, and I'm afraid to lose my progress, because my memory cars on vita is failing lately and I cannot upload my saves on vita to the cloud (or I least I don't know how).

 

Anyone knows how to properly sync the cross-save? At least on this game seems a bit bad implemented.

 

Edit: I finally manage to sync the cross save, I open the game on PS4 and Vita at the same time connected PSN and saving again on Vita do the trick!
