cant create a level

When i go to create mode and start well... creating :/ the ending platform does not appear on the goodies bag. I can open it but it only appeats the effects we want to put in things (like burn,thunder). I heard we had to complete all tutorials for it to appear but i have already done that excpet the move controller ones wich require me to buy it lol.

So.. thats it! Can some1 help me wiht it or does any1 have the same problem too?

it appear that these problems been tricked on after that latest update patch for the game, some even saying they can't play with others online or join a game, we should have to wait for Mm to fix these issues...i hope they don't release another update patch that need a 2GB

 

that last update needed about 800MB and it tooks me ages to load.
