Oops trophy issues

For some reason I could not get this trophy to pop, I looked at the guide and followed their instructions and it wouldn't pop.  I tried many different methods, co-op story, 4p mode, deleitng and reinstalling, deleting my save etc yet nothing would work.

 

The only way I got it to pop was downgrading to V1.00 and playing co-op story mode

 

So if anyone else is having issues popping it, I'd suggest downgrading then trying.
