Trophies popping in a weird order/way?

Started the game not long ago, and had zero idea of what to do or where to go.

Messed around for a while chatting to the characters, and collecting perils here there and everywhere.

I then made the apparent mistake of getting the trophy for leaving town, which i didn't realise was a trophy until i literally walked out of where you spawn in from.

Turns out, if you do this it stops all the other trophies from popping until you quit your game and reload it back up. Others have said they had to delete their saves, but i've not had to do that as of yet.

After restarting the game, i picked up some of the ending trophies. I've been trying to play this mostly blind.

One of the endings requires you to have bees that are on fire and go and speak to Dracula. So i did this and got the ending trophy for it.

Flash forward to today, and i've been trying to talk to every townsperson while having each of the different perils.

Aaaaannnd the trophy just popped for experiencing every peril after i collected the bees......... ya know, the bees i collected yesterday to get the Dracula ending trophy.

I also managed to FULLY experience every peril before popping the experience every peril trophy.

Are this games trophies just messed up in general?

Or is it because i walked out of town early, and didn't delete my save?

EDIT: Getting the feeling i will have to delete my save, as i have just literally spoken to every character in the game, whilst having each of the different perils, i even made a stupid spreadsheet to make sure i didn't miss anyone or any peril. It took what felt like forever, and to be not rewarded for doing so has been a little demotivating to say the least  :/

EDIT 2: Deleted my save, and started again. Found a trophy guide to help stem the frustration, and voila! Also the trophy descriptions are pretty damn misleading. You would have thought that something described as 'experience every peril', would mean just that. But no. It means experience all perils, in one playthrough, with no overlap. Lord knows how much dumb luck i had to get that one without a guide the first time!

Here's the best guide i found:

Great concept for a game, well presented, just a little janky on the execution.
