Can also be some secret dungeon with a strong boss. Or it can simply be the true end, like after beating the last boss, and seeing the ending. Try to beat the boss again, this time there might be different choices and it might take you to some post game quest line. End of that post-game quest line is another boss or something. It's always something like that haha. I don't think any of the KEMCO games got any missable trophies, but maybe one of the first got something related to the endings based on what girl likes you the most.
