PS4 streams on the “Live from PlayStation” app failing to load past 50%. Any solutions for this?

I realize that most people probably don’t even use this app and are more likely to watch streams on their PCs or other devices, but it’s been a habit of mine since I got my PS4 to occasionally load up “Live From PlayStation” from the XMB and quickly tune in to some streams if I need to view footage for a particular game.

 

Some time ago, maybe 6 months back or so, something changed and I began experiencing a problem where 99% of the time streams won’t load past 50%. It’s not a huge deal as I don’t watch streams very often, but the issue continues to persist every time I try to boot it up and try again.

 

Has anyone else noticed this issue or found a fix for it?
