If you've come to the time where you can leave the pizzeria or stay, and you choose to stay to get the other trophies the game won't let you save your progress anymore, but there is a way you can save the game anywhere later from 6 AM. I went for the platinum and this made it a whole lot easier to go through and collect everything / get the different endings!
