TY2 Opal farming early game

So not sure if this is the best place but the best place to farm opals is the beach. So just to put it out there, there is a cheat to get 100.000 opals but it is not really worth it as it can break your collectable trophies. The best place is the beach and is the fastest you can get. If you want to make sure you don't mess it up you can go and get just the lasher rangs and infer rangs first then after the patchy boss you would be able to buy the better boomerangs from Sly.

 

Go there and get the warping rangs and then go to the beach on the map once there you would need to get to the small island near the back that has 6 sunbeds 3 on each side with 6 bags of 500 opels above each beds. and not too far is a warping rang crystal you can use the rang on go up there and get the other opel bag that is there on the floating platforming for 3k opels. After picking up all them bags you want to swim to the other island where the race track is and enter the race and then once in just quit out of the race from the menu. it does cost 100 opels to enter but once you come out the opel bags would respawn and you can go back and pick them up again. within about an hour you would have about 200k if you farm like I did and you should have enough to buy all the things you need from all the stores.

 

Hope this farming trick helps as this is how I was able to farm and get all the opals needed for all the rangs and bunyips in the game.
