Information for the additional bronze trophy on the JP trophy list

Hi,

I see there is an additional bronze trophy on both JP and AS Freedom Wars trophy list compared to the EU/NA version (44 trophies instead of 43).

Can someone give me explanation about this trophy, I do not find how to have it.

The trophy is :

- 監視者ではなく協汎者として:「アクセサリ改造申請」で、ボイスを新しく作成し、登録した。

 

Google trad told me : Create and registrer a new voice in "Accessory Remodeling Request". I checked all menus, I can not find this option. Where I can find this ?
