PS4/PS5 Trophies Transfer being looked into

An update from cdprojektred has stated that they have heard people mention about trophies and will be also be looking into if they can add a PS4/PS5 trophy transfer option into the game but are not sure if they can;

Lets hope they find a way or atleast just fix the one trophy that seems buggy that doesnt unlock (the one where you visit all the fast travel points dont unlocks for all the people who have tried it yet and yes i am 100% certain that i have all just like i had on the ps4 version back in the day)
