Luckily it was only 1 trophy out of order for me and I was already able to find one other player with the exact same out of order trophy. I don't know how it could it happen though. My guess is latency. Since the simulation is running on the cloud, there could be an inconsistent delay between the cloud sending the signal to pop the trophy and the machine receiving the signal to actually pop the trophy? Maybe, the signal for the trophy for the higher legacy count arrived first before the signal for the lower legacy trophy count? I don't know.
