I'm not sure if the valuables are in static locations or not, but as I'm playing I'm trying to make a list of contract locations I visit to log where I find valuables. Also to know places I've already visited to see if just visiting unique locations can speed up this process. Unfortunately I started tracking this after I found the first one, but I only have 2 valuables found, so I'm not too far in.

 

I created this thread in case it helps anyone else and/or they're aware of where they've found valuables and want to post the address or location name of where they found theirs.

Good idea. Ill keep track too but won’t be able to start until a week or so. So, if it still helps I don’t know, but thanks for starting this.

 

Edit: Finally found all valuables. Had minor troubles with ones in multiple locations and the list below is missing one so am going to list them here as a checklist of sorts. They are in order I found them and in approximate similar order to what you’ll see in game, though the contracts are randomized so it will vary. There are 16 total.

Absolutely! If I find more, I'll add on to this, too, if it will help out others. I also just realized there are sub-locations to each area. Crossley Riding School has had Paddock A and Paddock B as 2 different contract areas for me thus far. I guess I should note that moving forward as well. I didn't realize that would be a thing because houses just mention their sub-location as things like "Back Yard" or "Front Garden," but I suppose they could have multiple sub-locations, too.
