Looks like the new trophy list is mostly the same as the old one; the original release included The Little Ones DLC, but not the rest. The two new trophies:

 

- Epilogue: New Life. Easy, just beat the game with Livia (the pregnant woman) in your party.

- Epilogue: Exodus. This involves finding the smuggler at the Port, at which point he'll start coming to your house like a vendor. In exchange for 8 diamonds, he'll smuggle you out of the city via boat.

 

Everything from DLCs 1-3 seem to be the same as the Steam achievements, and focus on separate "Stories" that give you different combinations of starting characters and shelters. DLC 4 is integrated into the main game, but most interestingly, it's no longer required for the platinum.

 

This will likely be a lot longer than the original list, due to the RNG nature of the game itself, and the new DLC trophies requiring multiple playthroughs.
