How to freeze new orders their time.

You'll notice one time your garage is full and can't get any new cars inside to work on.

but when u get that message

 

it also means that order is frozen on 0:01 seconds...

which means you can get it after all your other orders in the garage are finished and then take this new order which has been frozen on 0:01sec

you can do this to the maximum amount of incoming orders so you can freeze all orders you want to do  

easy trick for doing the old cars trophy
