Lumpy Cum Laude glitched out

So I just finished the game today, went back to clean up all the other trophies and go for A ranks, but once I had done all A ranked games and went through the graduation/credit level again the trophy didn't pop up at all. I'm sitting on missing one trophy from the plat for no reason. Anyone possibly have any ideas on what could have caused/how to fix other than slogging through the whole game from a new file?

 

EDIT: Welp, tried redoing some of the minigames and getting A rank again then going to the credits each time, and nothing. Just ran through the entirety of the games, saving the easiest ones to get A rank on before finishing each act, then bam got the trophy instantly on startup of the credits level. Thank god I'm done with that game, buyer beware for those going for plat as it's glitchy af, but if it's on decent sale and you enjoy the sam and max series it's not bad as far as dialog goes.

Did you have to start the game again from scratch or did you replay the levels in the same save?

if you play a minigame after getting A rank and get a lower rank you sometimes have to A rank the minigame again.

even if it says you got A rank on the report card
