It tracks discovered commands and ability levels, and lets you enter your command inventory to see what recipes are possible, then queue them up along with what ability you want to get from them. I'm not sure if there's rules about self-promotion, but its 100% unmonetised, I built this for myself and thought I should share it to help other people straighten out their meld planning.
