Can't access online or suvival mode

The game has infinite loading screens whenever i play with internet connection on, i know the solution is to turn off the internet on the PS4 and play the game normally offline but in my case i want to get the dlc trophies which are related to survival mode which requires online access. Read somewhere that turning off the internet to access main menu then turn it on again solves the issue but not in my case as it always gives me infinite loading screens when accessing survival or online mode. Tried changing DNS settings but still same problem, would anyone kindly provide a solution or any tips regarding this issue please?
