How do you get the other 2 endings in the game?

I'm just confused since at the end of the game it said to "leave all those things behind to enter back to reality" and nobody has said anything about the game and I need help getting those 2 endings. Oh yea btw I only got the normal ending.

did u find out how as this is what im lost on i need the last one on the left of the notes screen in chapter 6 ty

Normal ending for 'some' collectables. But incomplete.

 

True ending when you have *100% collectables. 

*bar 2. Look at collectables stats in dream hall. Chapters 1-5 will all say 100% complete. Chapter 6 will say you are missing 2 'plot prop' collectables. At this point you are still ready to trigger the true ending so just replay chapter 6 and after the end defeating giant nightmare, this time you will be brought to the true ending boss chaotic nightmare. Defeating her also auto unlocks the last 2 plot prop collectables.

 

Bad ending.. I'm guessing *though not tested as not needed for trophies*.. most likely will be if you dont pick up any of the 'plot props' (collectable variant that is always right in your path, but optional to pick up) as picking up a 'plot prop' triggers a memory sequence. So my best guess is if you ignore these, you may get bad ending, so for 0% collectables.

There doesnt seem any other logical way to get it, so that's my best bet.
