Any discovery on all collectables in one?

I did a blind playthrough, am able to manipluate the chapters to get the everyone survives trophy. 

However I did miss at least one of each collectable as early as chapter 3. 

 

Still need to replay for a all infected + everyone dies run. 

 

Does chapter 2 completely and utterly lock us out of either a tarot or the 2 clues?

Trying to figure out what is the most optimal playthrough I can do at this stage

Yes you can only get either the clues or the tarot card in chapter 2. You can get all evidence and clues in one run or all tarot's and evidence in one run.
