Trouble with Spider Snagger Supreme

I'm trying to collect all the golden spiders but I've been unable to obtain the 3rd one on 'When Creatures Attack'. The golden spider flashes red when I enter the portal room and when I defeat the enemies I receive nothing. I've done all the web of challenges, I've taken less than 20 hits while killing 30 enemies while in the mission and yet still nothing. Just looking for any help, so close to getting the platinum and have been working on the YouTube video for this and would hate to not be able to finish it without replaying the entire game over again.

You talking about the spider in the room with the teleporter thing? Because if that's the case, you absolutely have to defeat ALL the enemies and there are quite a lot there. Some of them tend to get stuck behind those shutter doors where they usually come from so you need to enter those room and finish them, just make sure they don't get up after beating them.
