Not hard at all; you'll spend most of it collecting some odds and ends in Free Roam mode. I felt like the Pro Mode trophies would be the hardest since you have no map, no compass, and no indication of where to go but if you play Arcade Mode and Free Roam for a bit you start to learn where most things are anyway and the Pro Mode trophies are easier than expected. This guide helped a ton with the free roam collectibles, as you'll go mad trying to figure out where you haven't looked.
